I often read in newspapers that govt health care facilities are lacking with doctors and nursing staff is providing medicines in place of qualified doctors. Govt is even thinking about various courses like bridge courses. I am of opinion that a large number of doctors are confined to cities or nearby places. I further observed that in private sector doctors are working in private sectors and provide services in several institutions in a day on an hourly basis. Thus using there full skill time to provide health services to masses and earning accordingly.
Similarly, govt may utilize the services of doctors continuously as per the need and convenience of doctors. Of course, regular appointments process may be continued.
