A 15 yr old female was presented with vomitings.On examination following were seen: scleral icterus ++ blood pressure 80/50 total bilirubin 7.0 Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (sgot) 390; serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (sgpt) 470 hemoglobin% 9.7gm TLC 9700 direct bilirubin 4.0 What is the management? Can ondansetron and pantoprazole be given?
