Advocate of 32 years, treated at corporate hospital for 20 days. All kind of antibiotics in massive doses given from day first. All blood tests CBC WIDAL urine and urinr c/s done twice with out relief. From last ten days again CBC urine MP MT 2D-Echo of Heart, urea s creatinine RFT LFT and found normal. XRAY chest p a view ---- RT para cardiac area shows homogeneous opecity along rt cardiac border AND multiple doubtful Lymph Nodes shadow in Lt axillary soft tissue and ?
On rt side too . MT negetive ESR rose to 71mm all other tests-found negative I stopped all medication for two days then test were done Now pt is on feropanum 200 mg bid and clathromycin 500 mg bid, today is third day, fever and stiffness is continue. I am thinking of HRCT of chest, any thing else can be advised for diagnosis What could be the diagnosis?
