In the current COVID-19 pandemic, clinicians are experiencing a dramatic change in the functioning of emergency medical services. Thus, it is essential to efficiently use standardized protocols to manage the growing numbers of such cases/presentations. Although guidelines and standard operating procedures are important, they provide no substitution for good history-taking and clinical examination. Case Presentation A 36-year-old male was admitted to the emergency department with suspected SARS-CoV2 infection. History Three-week history of fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath.
