A 5 months old girl having fever and vomiting for last 6 days. Fever remain most of the time in a day more in morning, vomiting is from 3 am to 9 am. Baby is on powder milk bottle fed. Her urine report is attached.

Her CBC, PS for MP, Typhidot, S bilirubin are WNL.CRP is less than 6mg. There is no abnormal movement nothing specific to localize cns abnormality urine pus cell-6-7, bacteria seen, few RBC seen. What could be the most probable diagnosis?
