78 year old female patient with diabetes since 15 years, on gliptins with well controlled blood sugar with average HbA1c ranging from 7 to 7.3%. Patient has normal built. Co-morbidities : Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease (CAD) Previous medical history : Pulmonary tuberculosis, Patient has completed AKT course. Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is treated with radiofrequency ablation. Present medications : TAB ivabradine 5m, tab ecosprin av 75+10, tab vildaglitin 50mg, tab metformin 500mg, multivitamin, calcium and regular course d3.
Present day complaints : Painful nodular swellings started at the base of forefinger since 6 months. Now there are 3 nodular swellings around base of middle and little finger. Kindly suggest treatment to manage this case. what is diagnosis?
