I am looking for investor for establishing a 100 bedded multispeciality hospital at Ranchi in Jharkhand with future plan to expand all over Jharkhand. Any forum to look for potential investors/partners.

Can someone suggest/guide me in this regard please? I believe big chain hospitals owned by businessmen lack some sensibility very often needed in medical care, which doctor owned and run hospitals can have better chance to offer.
