A primi with lmp 28th sept on routine USG at 16 weeks no problem scan at 20 weeks one kidney of fetus showing hydronephrotic changes scan at 24 weeks showing one kidney non-functioning age of the expecting mother 28 years normotensive nondiabetic TSH normal.what could be the possible cause what should be done to protect the healthy kidney in other words what to do what sort of assurance to be given please help What could be the possible cause?
