INTRATHECAL Dexmedetomidine 200mcg + Bupivacaine heavy 4cc — Along with the intelligent use of different Anti Hypertensives — In the management of pheochromocytoma. Along with Alpha blockers, Calcium channel blockers, Angiotensin receptor inhibitors, Beta-blockers, Amiodarone, Zolpidem, etc can be used judiciously to control and prepare a pheochromocytoma case rapidly and easily. INTRATHECAL Dexmedetomidine 200mcg + Bupivacaine heavy 4cc — followed by routine General Anaesthesia (reduced doses of relaxants) —- Makes management of a pheochromocytoma case easier and stress less. Recovery will be smooth non-turbulent — even without even post-operative vasopressor use.
