Baby born 21 days premature with placental insufficiency. Grows normally and double his weight in 5 months (actual 4 months 7 days: corrected for prematurity) weight is stationary for last 7 days. Baby has gastric acid reflux for which he was showing discomfort and was advised to force feed to increase his weight. Parents used to feed mothers expressed milk and after 3mths formula milk by different tactics and positions (head up reclining). Sometimes forcefully also.
After 5 months baby developed tact of putting tongue in-between and avoid drinking when awake. But, serum creatinine, Na, K levels are normal. Fundoscopy, MRI nad.
