Many Russian/Ukraine medical graduates attempted 6 to 8 times to pass MCI exam In India, but they couldn't. At the same time, they passed Australian medical council exam, PLAB, USMLE etc. They are settled and most of them completed PG from these countries.

Once they come back with this PG, they will be allowed to practice without any examination in India. What are the pros and cons of this decision by Indian government?
