I have one patient of primary infertility for 15 years. Undergone Diagnostic lapro-hysteroscopy in 2006. Discontinued treatment. In 2012 again came with abdominal lump. Again done laproscopy for Right sided serous cystadenoma of ovary of size 15*12. Did not come there after. Discontinued treatment. Recently has come with lump.
Now she has a large Lt. ovarian mass, about 22*18 with internal septa, probabaly, serous or mucinous cystadenoma. She also has preganancy of 13-14 weeks, which is a pleasent surprise to her and others. Now how to tackle further? When to operate? Open or laproscopy? How much is the risk of abortion? Dose she require removal of the diseased ovary?
