Unless there is clear evidence that the doctor is prescribing unnecessary medicines or advising unnecessary investigations favouring who give freebies and gifts there's no reason to blame the doctor. In his routine practice the gifts by benefitted can not be considered as bribe. If the price regulation is powerful then no company will have huge amounts to gift. Then the so called corruption will disappear. Who is responsible for the price fixation? Why do you blame doctors here? The associations, societies and institutions and hospitals are exempted!
Only the individual doctor is answerable. Which individual doctor does not own a hospital if he has adequate practice? So anyone can escape. Only the sincere doctor without a hospital gets caught.
