A male aged 30 yrs, has hypothermia (temp 94), lasting for 2 to 3 hrs , 2 to 3 times a week for 6 months.Loss of weight 7 kg in one month. aftr each episode patient is fatigued.

all inv including lab,MRI brain,MRI abdomen and spect scan normal.What is this? How to proceed?
