Today every male wants body like a Bollywood hero. I see a lot of my middle-aged friends going to gym.I ask them do you have hypretension and almost everyone says yes! After the age of 18 years muscles mass can not undergo hyperplasia but only hypertrophy.

Hypertrophy is always temporary and as soon as you stop going to gym the muscle goes back to its original size.To supply adequate blood to the hypertrophied muscle the heart has to work harder than supplying blood to fat. I think best exercises to the body are Yoga, Swimming, Climbing and Sports including high intensity interval exercise including jogging. What are your opinions on this?
