Goldenhar is a CPNG syndrome complex characterised by congestive presence of a limbal dermoid with cong associated presence of a preauricular skin tag or pre auricular appendage . Very early presence of a squint microphthalmia congestive coloboma of upper lid may be present.
GHS is also manifested by oculo auriculo vertebral syndrome or dysplasia and the other dysplasia is craniofacial involving head and face in particular ear nose soft palate and mandible they lead to associated cong malformations in GHS.
