Every politician demands doctors from government either in assambly or in parliament or any sort of public platform. Though there are lots of vacant posts available in every government set up for doctors still government do not recruit doctors.Later government recruit professional slaves in the name of contract doctors. They neither get any sort of government facilities nor any holidays.Again they are asked to work on Sundays or weekly off days in the name of dedication, sacrifice etc to attend emergency call.
So what is the suggestion by our own brothers & sisters for the future of the Contract doctors & how to scrap this system of contract doctors even after availability of lots of vacancy.
