A 30-year-old female presented to me with Chronic Severe Low back pain which had become intolerable in last few months and now she is unable to stand or sit for more than 2 to 3 minutes. She develops Numbness and weakness of both lower limbs on standing or sitting position which partially get relieved on lying down.
We operated and did L4 to S1 fixation, Partial Reduction of listhesis to grade2 and interbody fusion with cage. Thus is 6 weeks post op x-ray showing good reduction and implant position.
