As per news item, a woman had eye surgery and was given some medicines to take. Paramedical staff gave acid bottle thinking its water. After one sip the woman started belching loudly. The doctor was called who shifted the patient to the nearby hospital where she died despite management.

For such a gross negligence no doubt paramedical staff is guilty, can it be a homicidal attempt? Or accidental? Can doctor or hospital be held responsible for this? Kindly share.
