Developmental diseases are defined as a chronic disability that can be mental or physical. These conditions can cripple the child and his/her caretakers both mentally, emotionally, and physically. The following case presents a case of an unborn child diagnosed with a developmental abnormality. Presenting complaints: A pregnant woman, without any consanguineous relationship with her husband, presented to the hospital with an obstetric ultrasound scan, produced in the 16th week of gestation. Medication history: The patient said that she had not used warfarin during the first trimester of pregnancy.
