Hello to all my seniors and juniors,  A 54-year-old lady diagnosed with hypothyroidism with serum TSH levels higher than 10 has been started on Levothyroxin 50mcg. After 3.5 months of treatment, her TSH value is within normal range <5. How to go about this case?

What is the next step? Should the dosage of Levothyroxin be reduced? Please guide me in this case.
