Pt Aged 67 yrs. Radiologicaly diagnosed as HCC involving segment 5,6,7,8 with portal vein thrombosis in rt.branch going into main trunk also. ECOG performance score 1....CTP class B.
Currently on sorafenib. Is there anyone in favour of resection.
