young male patient c/o hadache while he is in tension...he consulted a doctor few month back and he was diagnosed to have htn...and consoled him by telling him dat it is temporary....he also gives the h/o swelliong over the body during this headache which last for about 30 mins...swelling is not associated with pain/ithing/flushing.....it is a/w blurring of vision and wekness..... all clinical findings found normal....b.p is normal.....cbc,thyroid profile,ecg,LFT etc are normal....how to procede????
