Para 1 live 1 developed  persistent sinus bradycardia (on ECG and Holter) on second day of puerperium   with heart rate of  -40-45 bpm (ECHO - normal). She had history of Cholestasis of pregnancy, induction done at 38 weeks of gestation and was delivered by LSCS (under spinal anaesthesia) owing to failed induction.
