I had come to know that 38-year-old female patient with wt 95 kg, have regular heavy bleeding for 6 days, 5 baby diaper used, USG test showed serosal fibroid with normal otherwise, treated with inj of GnRH  but not cure, IMF was <1, tab ethamsylate was given, it reduced blood flow as normal, one live issue of 05 year old baby from ECS with extraction of 500gm of fibroid. Now what will do ahead? What is your opinion on this case?

Please guide for further treatment.
