I hav a pt wit hemolytic anemia at 11 wks she Was diagnosed at 9th of age n is on transfusions even 3 mts.now on evaluation after pregnancy v found her liver enzymes r high.gastro has asked for viral markers n heat says v should terminate as d disease may get severe as pregnancy advances.last transfusion was 6 days back.4 pints pc given outside.
