3days old male baby brought to opd with c/o of excessive sleeping,not feeding well,not crying loudly. i did grbs and found that 32mg.immediately I started iv fluids.he got well consciousness,after carefull mointering we found his sugars levels are changing oftenly,i reffered this case to higher center there they did all investigations and they found to be wnl,but his flucating sugars levels are settle down,his mother antenatal reports suggest that baby is iugr,falls 2 weeks short to expected,delivered by lscs,birth wt 2.4kgs.now diazoxide is in line.
Kindly suggest futher line of management.
