Term baby delivered by LSCS and brought by attendants for RD. O/E  Male baby mild RD, SpO2 92-94% in RA, HR 146BPM, CRFT 3sec, Oligodactyly,syndactyly, and bilateral absence of thumbs noticed in both hands. No other gross abnormalities. X-ray Infantogram shows Bilateral absence of radii, in both forearms and thumb bones. TT ECHO showed: 2D:Situs solitus, 2A&2V, AV and VA Concordance+, Enlarged RA, RV and PA.

, ASD OS and OP, Ventricular septum intact. Color Doppler confirmed Shunt across ASD,OS and OP, L t R, TR+++, Good LV and RV function. Lab Reports: Haemogram N , Platelets N. Diagnosis: HOLT O RAM SYNDROME.
