Respected seniors and friends , I have a MD in internal medicine. With MD alone only specialist posts are given in UAE. I want to know if clearing MRCP exams alone is enough to become consultant in countries like UAE, or we must have working  experience also as medical residents in UK?.

Passing MRCP alone is sufficient or UK experience will also be needed for UAE consultant jobs. Pls clarify, thank you.
