It is common picture in govt dispensaries that opd is flooded with patients. Poor doctor wish to finish all within time but q never ends. Actually doctors sholud have some rights to deny patients after his/her mental and physical capacity is exhausted. Is there any guideline by MCI/IMA that certain number of patients can be examined by one doctor in one hour,so that justice is made to patient and doctor as well.
Nobody carries sympathy with doctor. Patients will beat doctor if he refuse patients after his limits. Is there any law or guideline to protect doctor IS THERE ANY LAW OR GUIDELINE TO PROTECT DOCTOR?
