Heat Sealing -  Heat sealing uses a special heat sealer machine to close pouches, wraps, or blister packs by applying controlled heat and pressure. Self Sealing -  Self sealing pouches have pre-applied adhesive strips. The user manually folds and presses the adhesive area to seal.
