Let's say a hospital promises to give 3 lacs monthly salary to a specialist.My question is  that -how to believe that it will fulfill its promises and will give salary in time? Also,any hidden terms and conditions which may trap a doctor?Do even private hospitals have a policy that prevents doctors from doing private practice,if they are working full time with the hospital?Many of you must have had experiences.Opinions are invited,please.Bottom line,what all should be the criterias and precautions,before joining?
