One of my patients is having benign enlarged prostate. He is on Silodosin and Dutasteride. He had been taking these drugs for about 2 months and then had a gap of a month; again restarted.

When he takes these two drugs then he develops itching on the glance of his penis and also there is no liquid discharge after orgasm. How to handle these side effects? Kindly suggest.
