A man got tested his blood to know blood group from 4 different labs of government hospital and private ones. Results were confusing as some labs say B +ve where other reported B-ve. With all reports, he sought information about his blood group under RTI from MCI. But it was denied by MCI.
Information commissioner considering this important information related to the life of applicant referred the case to Director AIIMS with direction to provide desired information to the applicant. If lab reports are authentic then what is the explanation of two different reports? Can there be any possibility of having RBCs with and without Rh antigen in an individual? Kindly share your opinion.
