This prev normal boy presented at 8.30pm just before the closing time of my clinic about  a yr back.comp was letharginess.inactivity for 1 week. Only positive finding was mild hypotonia. Jerks were normal.

No other comp or +ve finding.I reqested a single blood test that clinched the diagnosis. What could be the diagnosis?
