A woman of 58 years old having menopause at the age of 37 years. Had symptoms of hot flashes,palpitations and forgetfulness was prescribed atenolol 50 mg daily. Her body temperature was 96'F.TFT showed TSH 3rd generation low but less than 10.Dose of thyroid hormone titrated from 12.5 to 50 microorganisms. Relevant History: HRT was initiated which was withdrawn after developing complications of diabetes mellitus after 2 to3 years, Patient has GERD, CAG was normal.
Occasional coffee drinker. Now patient has occasional episode of increased heart beat varying 100 to 112 beats per minute. Kindly suggest management of this case.
