A patient with history of DM ,epilepsy on Eptoin who had presented with ataxia and cerebellar signs. His Eptoin dose was increased to 600mg /day recently following a break through seizure.

Ct showed cerebellar atrophy. Eptoin stopped .which alternative anti epileptic to be substituted for him .and how Eptoin toxicity managed in general?
