What are the requirements for registration of additional qualifications for MD

In my registration certificate, for additional qualifications of MD, it is mentioned at the bottom of the certificate. N.B: this certified copy remains evidence of registration only until the publication of the printed medical register.

Can someone kindly explain in detail. What does it mean?
