A 70-year-old male type 2 dm with hypertension along with complications. On a routine, USG diagnosed with a mass in liver SOL? HCC. Nothing was done for 1 year. Fresh USG was done and now mass has decreased in size from 8 cm * 6 cm to 7*5.

Alpha-fetoprotein level normal. FNAC suggestive of HCC. No symptoms in the patient. What management should be done in this case?
