Vernal Keratoconjunctivitis(VKC) is a very common ocular entity seen by almost every ophthalmologist. It is bilateral interstitial inflammation of conjunctiva patient gets repeated attacks. With the onset of each attack, symptoms are less severe until a time comes when the patient gets complete regression of symptoms. Exact cause not known however allergic diathesis may play an important role.
