I have a pt. 29 yrs conceived aftr t/t for primary unexplained Infertility for 7yrs. First trimester scans at 10 wks were normal. At 20 wks when I was planning for anomaly scan pt. c/o slight bleeding p/v.
USG showed IUFD with partial mole. Now how to terminate this pregnancy? Should I go for induction of labour (I am afraid of severe bleeding) or I should go for C-Section (she is nulliparous, conceived after long treatment, chances of post-op adhesion, scar dehiscence in next pregnancy). Her all blood & hormone reports are normal.
