A78 year old hypertensive and diabetic male pateint with carcima larynx has under gone total laryngectomy. followed by radiotherapy,He has thick crustations inspite of nebulisation with n acetyle cyctine and sodium bicaronate.My question is are there any devices which will humidify air continously which can be attached to neck,He has permanent tracheostomy without treaceostomy tube
