Hypertension With Raised Serum Creatinine In Old Age Patient

A 75 yrs F with a K/C/O HTN since many years on Tab Olmisartan 20 mg OD & Tab Rosuvas 10 mg OD came for routine check up O/E Hb-8.6, S Creatinine-1.69, LFT-N,Lipid Profile-N, FBS-105 mg/dl. Considering Raised Serum Creatinine following workup has been advised Iron Profile, Renal Function Test, Creatinine Clearance, eGFR,S Electrolyte, S Uric acid, Urine Protein & Microalbumin, USG abdomen.

Kindly suggest whether to change Olmesartan with CCB or continue the same and further line of treatment in this case.
