Case History: A 55 yr old woman was admitted for visible tremors all over her body when she stood up. She had this issue for about 1 month. She was obese, on treatment for HT which was under control, no other Comorbidities. There was no orthostatic change in BP. ECG and Echo were normal.

She was given routine anti HT, gabapentin, and b12. The next day night she went to toilet and died minutes later. This incident happened 5 years ago. What did we miss? What are the recommended protocols for orthostatic tremor cases?
