An 18-year-old non-smoking male presented to ED with a 1-week history of diffuse, colicky abdominal pain. He did not report any change in the bowel or bladder function. He was working in a battery factory for the past year. Examination Examination revealed diffused abdominal tenderness and a bluish line around his gums. Results of RBC, liver and renal function tests were normal.
