A 41-year-old woman was presented to the clinic with a complaint of chronic diarrhea. She had also lost substantial weight over last few months. The colonoscopy findings showed a 3mm polyp in her cecum. Further pathological investigation was carried out and the images are attached for the same. The slides showed nests of elongated, polygonal infiltrating bland cells with small, dark nuclei and abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm.

The cells also stained positive for S-100 (images attached). What could be the possible diagnosis? *This patient case is from Docplexus Editorial Team for educative purpose only. Source: UFHealth Pathlabs. Correct answer is posted here.
