A 26 year old women presented with a chief complaint of multiple mouth ulcers and difficulty in swallowing since 1 month. On intraoral examination, diffuse erosive lesions present over marginal and interdental papilla of buccal and lingual/palatal aspect of maxillary and mandibular arch. Erosive areas were covered with pseudo membranous slough at certain sites.
Ulcerative lesions with irregular borders associated with flaacid bullae were present in the right lower retromolar region. Identify the lesion from the image.
