Today, I have a poor patient coming with a surgical emergency of CLW (due to tile cutting machine) sent by a contractor with 1000 Rupee note. It is very difficult for the medical practitioner to tackle because every second person coming with 500 or 1000 rupee notes. How will I treat poor patients with a surgical emergency?

Where will I send for a change? What medical practitioner has to do?
