I have come across a pt who is 48 yrs old female. She is not able to open her both eyes. She has to lift her upper eyelid with her hands to see. Her vision is normal.
She can not open her eyes in darkness as well as outside. She is facing this problem for last 8 yrs. She has tried various treatments in various hospitals in these 8 yrs but in vain.Occular movement are normal vision is normal perhaps inj botox has been tried but no benefit there is spasm around eyes I have to put upward pressure to open eyes Can anyone comment on this condition? On examination, her eyes are tightly closed and I had to put slight pressure to lift her upper eye lid.
