Why our MCI increased the retirement age of a medical profession age 70 for the academic? is this necessary? We, the Preclinical post graduates struggling for the placements and for the promotions academically.

So  why is the MCI recruiting  M.Sc persons in medical field when MD/MS people are jobless? Is this M.Sc people are necessary for the medical students? H ow they (M.sc) teach clinically without clinical knowledge?
